The Service is provided on a subscription basis. We offer a 15-day free trial period for new users to evaluate the Service. After the 15-day free trial period expires, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan as described on our pricing page. Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as applicable.
During the free trial period, you have full access to the features of your selected plan. No credit card is required to start the free trial. If you do not cancel before the end of the 15-day trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged according to your selected plan.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in these Terms. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and authorizing us to charge your payment method for all fees.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increases. Continued use of the Service after a price increase constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
If payment is not received by the due date, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service. You remain responsible for all fees incurred prior to termination.
The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, design, logos, trademarks, and software, is owned by PTI4YOU and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
